Welcome to the Thirteenth Canadian Semiconductor Technology Conference

The Thirteenth Canadian Semiconductor Technology Conference (CSTC) will be held from the 14th to the 17th of August, 2007, at the Holiday Inn Midtown in Montreal, Québec, Canada. This conference was usually held in Ottawa in the last two decades and it is the first time in its history that the conference will be held in another city. We look forward to welcoming you to Montreal.


The Organizing Committee invites scientists and engineers involved in research and development in technologies related to semiconductors to this meeting. We welcome researchers involved in basic and applied semiconductor and related materials research as well as those concerned with devices and industrial applications of the technology. We also promote interactions with the other communities that use semiconductor processing techniques (MEMS, organic devices, microfluidics, nano and bio-technology).

The conference is collocated with the Canadian Workshop on MEMS and Microfluidics (CWMEMS 2007), organized by CMC Microsystems on Monday, August 13th, 2007 at the Holiday Inn Midtown in Montreal.
